Return & Refund Policy

At Amira.J, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and quality. As many of our products involve handcrafted work and premium fabrics, we maintain a clear and transparent return policy to ensure fairness to both our customers and our brand.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item shipped)

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Slight irregularities inherent in handcrafted or embroidered products

  • Change of mind or personal preference

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Customized or made-to-measure outfits

  • Altered or tailored garments

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (if applicable)

Due to the handcrafted nature of our couture pieces, all custom and bridal orders are final sale.

3. Return Process

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product and issue

  • A brief description of the concern

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

In cases where replacement is preferred and available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.

5. Damaged Parcels

If you receive a parcel that appears visibly damaged, we request that you:

  • Record an unboxing video clearly showing the package condition

  • Share the video immediately with us at studioamiraj@gmail.com

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Customized and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
