1. Order Processing

  • Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Made-to-order or customized pieces require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International Orders (if applicable): 7–14 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location accessibility, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate at the time of placing your order.

5. Delays & Liability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Amira.J is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our control.

Once an order is dispatched, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping partner.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please:

  • Record an unboxing video clearly showing the parcel condition

Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement.
